Thanks for your comment on my blog about kettlebells. They have certified instructors the world over. If you are interested in kettlebell, check out www.dragondoor.com and see if you can find a certified trainer in your country and locality. You should be able to make contact with one and see if it is something that you are interested in doing.

On another note, I have been working out with weights since April, late May of this year at the "Y" and with my personal trainer. I started out with 5 pounds for each hand and now can do up to 10 pounds each. So that in itself is 20 pounds right there. So for me swinging 26 is challenging. Deadlifting 37 is pushing it.

26 pounds is 11.79 kg; 37 pounds is 16.18 kg.

But I want you to know that the dragondoor sells a woman's sets of kettlebells which come in 3, and the weights for the bells are: 10 pounds, 14 pounds, and 18 pounds which would be 4.53 kg, 6.53 kg, 8.16 kg respectively, if that is any help.

So I just want to encourage you if you are interested.
