Sauces, Canned Vegetables, dressings, bread, Cheese (Swiss usually doesn't have as much as others so its a good thing thats my fav) ect. Getting under 2000 is doable, I try to be 1500 or under. Welcome to SparkPeople Shirlrn.......and good luck with your goals. You and I have a lot in common size wise........i was 346 when I started on this journey in May. I started out by myself trying to use a High Fiber / Low Fat / Lower Calorie diet. It's been 4 months since I started that and I've lost about 42 pounds. My roommate (who is bigger than either of us) has sort of half way jumpped on the band wagon with me but my daughter who only lives with us part time while she is in college does not like alot food we have gotten used to eating around here........so anyways to make a long story short I know where you are coming from.
