Ok, I just looked at your breakfast. 390 calories for one sandwich, which is filled with sodium and fat. 38 carbs is pretty high for one item. Carbs will shoot your sugar level up and make you hungrier. Here are some alternatives for the same calories .... 2 eggs (140), 2 slices lite bread toast w/ lite butter (140), 15 strawberries (50). Not alot more food, but so much healthier with none of the junk they put in restaurant and frozen foods.
Next week, we're going to work on incorporating "real" foods and having less processed/packaged/restaurant foods.
