My Goals:
I want to lose 15 lbs . Eat as healthy as I can while losing. Increase my physical strength as much as possible. I want to enjoy everyday and love and accept everyone.
My Program:
Journaling every food I eat. Exercise by walking 5 miles a day. Outside as much as possible. Walking tapes when its raining. Meditating and prayer everyday, several times a day. Volunteer in the community garden here in Benzie County.
Personal Information:
In the Winter we live in Arcadia Flordia at a campgroun. In the summer, in Northern part of Lower Michigan. We are in the country, but do have young neighbors next door. We have 3.3 acres in a wooded section, but I do have enouh cleared for a garden of vegetables and flowers
Other Information:
I thank God that I love to read. I love Edna St Vincent Millays poetry. Claude Monet's painting. Best book I've read lately is Purple Hibiscus by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. I read a quote everyday but I always recite Dear Lord," Help me to love and accept all people, My Friends, My Family and My Enemies. I know that everyone is seeking Happiness and No Trouble and is doing what they know to do at this time in their life.
