Thanks for stopping by my blog with the good words. Several other people have said the same thing. That you do need to increase your calorie intake to the proper level for your exercise level in order to lose weight. Believe me, I can find plenty of things to eat to get those 200 extra calories per day. And they are still healthy things too. LOL
