On the way to the big 50 and decided I needed to get in a little better shape. And number 5 0 seemed to sink in and inspire me. I work 11-12 hours a day at a desk on the computer, so losing weight is more challenging that I realized. But I'm on the way.

My Program:
Calorie tracker. It takes discipline but works. You become super aware of what's going in to your body and how many "hidden" calories are ingested each day. I eat very little bread. Candy is pretty much a thing of the past except for Dark Chocolate every few days.
