The healthy life for me and yes I want to be skinny

I am a 50 something that needs to change her ways. I am funny and smart and self confident in almost every part of my life. I have to make this no different. I must do what needs to be done without excuses. If I stumble I will get back up. I am overweight and have yet to really acknowledge just how big I am. So here I go. Wish me luck.
