My Goals:
Lose a person (150lbs).

Be medication FREE in 2015!

Reduce my cholesterol levels.

Reduce my BMI to a healthy level.

I want to be able to run a 5K without feeling like I am going to die.

I want to chase my niece around in the yard and not be huffing and puffing. Or just watching from my chair.



My Program:
* WALKING WALKING WALKING!!!

*C25K Program (once my HR gets better from normal exercising)

*Elliptical when I find one. I love that thing!

*Stop drinking a lot of soda!

*Healthy eating and making sure I track everything I eat, even if it's not the best choice.

*STAYING MOTIVATED!

I am 30 and work for the state. I was born and raised in PA. I live with my dog Riley and my cat Gidget! :)
