My Goals:
Lose a person (150lbs).

Reduce my cholesterol levels.

Reduce my BMI to a healthy level.

I want to be able to run a 5K without feeling like I am going to die.



My Program:
* WALKING WALKING WALKING!!!

*C25K Program (once my HR gets better from normal exercising)

*Elliptical when I find one. I love that thing!

*Stop drinking a lot of soda!

*Healthy eating and making sure I track everything I eat, even if it's not the best choice.

*STAYING MOTIVATED!

I am 28 and work for the state. I was born and raised in PA. I live with my dog Riley! :)

My vacation has been amazing! We are on our way home now. If you've never been to Yellowstone, I highly recommend it. We stayed in Big Sky Montana and I swear I would have never left if it wasn't for the 6+ feet of snow they get in the winter. LOL

I go back to work on Thursday after 2 weeks of being off. The real world...I'm dreading it a little. Ugh, I'm nervous to weigh in. I've pretty much been eating whatever I want for the last 2 weeks. I'm hoping the hiking, horse back riding and whitewater rafting will balance it out in the end. :)
