The best Year of my life!!
I am 36 years old and just recently was placed on High Blood Pressure Medication. This devastated me, for me this is my WAKE UP CALL. I have been watching what I eat, being more active. My goal is to get off the medication, lose 100lbs. I want to be there for my kids, I want to LIVE!!!
