It's Me

I'm back!!!! Got married and with marriage came an addition of 37 lbs that I need to get rid of immediately. SparkPeople has already helped me to come so far in my weightloss goals (I still can't believe I used to be 200 lbs!!!) so I trust that with them I can make it all the way and, not only lose this 37lbs newlywed weight, but also get down to my original goal weight of 135. With my wonderful spark friends and the help of my loving, adorable hubby, I can do it!!!! If anyone needs any ...

My Goals:

My Program:
Regular Routine:*

Doing Insanity, Insanity Asylum, P90X, and various dance DVD's at least 4 times a week (aiming for 6). At least 3 times a week, I make sure the DVD I complete has a strength-training routine (Asylum and P90X are great for this!) .

As far as eating goes,I have cut out all hydrogenated oils (no fast food for the most part)***Most importantly, my goal is to keep my calorie range within the range set forth by Sparkpeople as well as other nutrients .***
