I thought I needed to update my page, it's been 2 years already! time flies!
2 - count em, 2 Grandkids now, Ewan & Khloe. Being a Grandma is so much fun!
I'm now the big 4-0 but honestly never been in better shape. I ran my 1st 5k last May and came in 3rd, wh00t! I've done 2 more, but my weekends are busy dog training.
I've trained 3 Service dogs so far, one for myself (low blood sugar alert) and 2 for clients. It's very rewarding to see people have independance once again.
I went vegatarian for a month and it really helped my RA, though I did miss meat. I will say overall I felt FANTASTIC too, more energy. I now am doing the veggie thing 5 days a week and giving in to my meat indulgences on weekends mostly. I also re-set my weight goals here on SP, I want to go down a bit more, 15lbs. I find those last ones are tough! I'm back in my size 6 jeans, though some brands are tight. I want them to be comfortable. To think in my 20's I was a size 3-4...too small for my frame I think now, but back then, running after small kids and showing dogs, I was burning those calories, now I have to work more for it (thank you slower metabolisim) LOL
lose 15lbs. Tone up and increase stamina and drink more water a day!
30DS, stationary bike, Mt. Biking, Treadmill, Jogging & Circuit training. Just mixing it all up!

Became a Grandma on Sept. 29th 2008 to a 9lb. boy Ewan. Khloe arrived on May 25th 2010 @ 8lbs., so now I have one of each to spoil!
My hobbies include agility with my Doberman, training dogs for the disabled, spoiling my grandkids (full-time hobby)Tattoos & googling anything I can't remember right away :-)
