Thanks for the comment on my blog. It was actually from last year though. Easter is 9 weeks away. So if I average 2lbs a week. That would be 18 lbs. gone by Easter. You asked what steps I'm taking:
I am tracking my food daily I am dedicating a minimum of 12 minutes a day per knee Dr. orders (10 minutes stationary bike and 2 minutes on leg lifts) I am swimming 3 days per week I am not drinking soda I am drinking a minimum of 8 cups of water per day.
Congratulations on all of the weight that you have lost so far!! I am very excited for you!!!
I am back and ready to take care of me. I am no longer breast feeding so I now have no excuses! I have had a bad year for stress with 2 children in the hospital and a sudden move 3.5 months ago.
But on a good note I have kept off the first 10% of weight that I have lost and I am 5 pounds from my second 10% weight loss! I am on the right path and have never looked back. But I am done with the slow pace! I can now get a move on! :)
I want to lose 50 pounds more before my daughter's Make-a-wish trip in June 2012 to Disney world!. I look forward to getting to know you again as I restart my journey of weight loss!
