Cat's Weight Tracking

In December of 2009 I hit my highest weight of 140. By careful portion controlling I was able to knock myself down to 125 in the matter of 3-4 months. Now I want to maintain and make sure I don't accidentally under eat so that I keep my body healthy! I hold a first degree black belt in karate and a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I'm currently looking into possibly joining a gym where I can take classes, work out, and maybe even teach some martial arts since I just moved to CA recently.

My Goals:
Work out more, eat less junk. Been doing good on the eat less junk part, but now that I've moved I need to get back into working out like I used to!

My Program:
Portion control is key, I don't stress over calories or not eating things I like, but I do make sure I don't eat supersized portions.
