I'm not sure when I started to eat way too much... or to exercise way too little... it just happened over time. I remember being thin when I was little, but that's about as far as it goes. By Junior High I was overweight and began to increase in weight from there on. I am now 245 pounds. A weight of which I am ashamed of. My goal is to reach 170 pounds by Christmas of 2012 and to run in a 5k.

They're going. I've had to take a really long break from here, but I'm planning to stick around now. I'm up a few pounds from before-winter, but having the summer coming makes that seem less daunting.
Man...I don't know how I could survive working at a pizza place. Pizza is my nemesis.
Are you still doing yoga?

You're VERY welcome. Definitely check out the nutrition tracker and the free exercise videos. And if one of two of the teams you joined stand out to you (and look active), start posting in them. I think I met most of my Spark friends through browsing the teams, and I've been close with some of them for over two years now! I recently joined the Runner Girls United team, and I really like it.
