Hi I am shannon, I am a 34 yr old mother of 2 great kids , and I am married to the best guy ever. I used to go to the gym all the time and could see and feel my body changing so radically, but now I live in a small town with no gym,,,, so that means working out at home. Its going to be so hard to stay motivated. I hiope all of you who work out at home will message me, we can be eachothers motivation

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 15 to 20 lbs........hopefully soon lol.

My Program:
In order to meet my goals i am doing cardio and strength training. I am trying to do 30-40 min six days a week of cardio.

Personal Information:
I am from Canada, 33yrs old married with two kids 13 and 11. Stay at home mom.

Other Information:
I love most reality tv. Like big brother, biggest loser, rock star super nova, all that crap lol.I love to kneeboard and wakeboard and be active in the summer. I hate winter with a passion.

Yeah you said it!!!!! The weights body!!!
I hear everyone posting all their hundreds of minutes of cardio everyday and I think OMG they are nuts!! There is a feeling of satisfaction when you lift more weight than you thought you could. And I agree, I feel like I am changing my body MORE with weights! I do cardio enough to get my heart pumping and then I hit the home gym! Keep up the lifting!!

Hi Shannon,
Just dropping by to see how everything is going for you. I'm finally starting to see a small change. I've lost a couple pounds so far, but I know I have a LONG way to go. I'm still struggling to make drinking 8 cups of water a life habit. I've fallen off a bit in that area, and I'm trying to make a comeback. I'm doing pretty well with my strength training days at home, but I'm struggling to meet my cardio goal. I'm walking the halls at work and on the treadmill...just not enough! Are you handling your home workouts ok? I hope everything is going well with you.

I live in a small town and have to workout at home too. We are at least 20-30 minutes away from EVERYTHING. I enjoyed looking at your page. We have several things in common :o). Maybe we can help each other stay motivated!

thanks for stopping by my page:-)
i need all the support that i can get as i tend to be regular for only a few months at the time with my program and then i slack off, come back few months later a little heavier LOL.
this year, i'm trying to make a lifestyle change to my diet and exercise program and with help from all you great SPARKS will be able to reach my goal!
i also suffer from the winter blues and occasional IBS, is that a canadian thang??!!LOL so something else we have in common:-( but keep your chin up, i'm sure with eating right and working your body right we can overcome this together and reach our goals...
