attempt #2
i tried sparkpeople once before, and did well for about 2 weeks...then i lost motivation, gave in to junk food, and was horrible for about a month and a half. now i'm back and ready to try again, as scary as it is. i'm going to do the 30-day shred DVD from today until oct 4 (my bday) and hopefully have lost 6-8 lbs by then (mini goals people! mini goals!), and then continue on and lose 14-16 lbs by Halloween (say no to all the candy....ugh). by Jan 2012 i will hopefully hit a more MAJOR ...

My Goals:
i want to be healthy and comfortable with myself and my weight. i dont have a particular NUMBER i want to hit. it's probably something like 130-140, so i suppose about 50-60 lbs to lose...scary thought!
Personal Information:
i live in sunny LA, and work in Santa Monica. i manage a little italian restaurant there. i'm born and raised LA and cant imagine living anywhere else! even though sometimes being around all the "beautiful people" can certainly make you feel...well, NOT.
