I completely reset my goals and am serious about keeping healthy.
I have challenged myself to exercise, mainly hiking, walking and yoga with a few of my teams, so far it has been wonderful.
My diet is almost completely whole food, plant based and I highly recommend "The China Study" to those that wonder why. I love to cook and the recipes are a good challenge
It will be fun! I love all the above.

My Program:
My program is whole food plant based WFPB as outlined in the China Study. I have also eliminated wheat in my diet and had a 2 pound loss in one week, which for me is amazing.
I will be hiking 3 days a week or yoga, I have found a new yoga studio.

Sheryl I'm so happy to see you back. Are you feeling better? Thank you for the blog comments. These lil babies will stay little. Bailey will be approx 5 lbs and Josie I'm guess 4 lbs. Bailey is already a pound more than Josie. They're nice lap warmers.
