I completely reset my goals and am serious about keeping healthy.
I have challenged myself to exercise, mainly hiking, walking and yoga with a few of my teams, so far it has been wonderful.
My diet is almost completely whole food, plant based and I highly recommend "The China Study" to those that wonder why. I love to cook and the recipes are a good challenge
It will be fun! I love all the above.

It's Good Friday. Good because 2000 years ago the events of today prove that we matter to God.

"On this Good Friday may we never forget the true meaning of Easter – 'For when He was on the cross, I was on His mind."

Good Friday Blessings to you and your family

Our greatest glory is not in never failing,
but in rising up every time we fail.
~Ralph Waldo Emerson~

We know we aren't perfect but we also know if we keep trying, we will eventually succeed if we believe in ourselves.

Have an awesome Wednesday my friend.

That first peak is the best place to pause and look back, to see if you took the easiest route, to learn the lessons from the first climb.
And it is the best place to examine the terrain ahead, to change your plans and goals, to take a deep breath and begin climbing again.
