My Goals:
Goals for January 2014

I will walk or hike at least 3 times a week at a local park or preserve.
I will measure and track my food daily.
And most of all I will do something every day to promote the well being of someone other than my self.

My Program:
My program is whole food plant based WFPB as outlined in the China Study. I have also eliminated wheat in my diet and had a 2 pound loss in one week, which for me is amazing.
I will be hiking 3 days a week and hitting the gym for 3. I am hoping to get some yoga in at the gym too.
