My Goals:
get to normal weight, ingrain a healthy lifestyle, and enjoy life in the present, get back in shape, and make as many friends as I can. Target Milestone for 5% Challenge ...lose 12 lbs.

My Program:
whole foods aiming for 7 servings of veggies and fruit, low carb,
low salt, and limited processed foods. Daily goals = 1200-1500 cals, exercise plan-- SparkPeople Videos, Dancing, and Total Gym Strength Train

Always struggled with weight. Escaped from New York City. Need a GPS to help me find my mind. Looking for the 'perfect' man, someone who doesn't have a criminal record, doesn't talk to people who aren't there, and isn't on drugs, or make others want to take drugs while with him.

OH Sheryl,,, I do NOT like this body at all. It doesn't do the things I wish. I often hear of such, as theo 96 uo r old gymnast on Sparks, but how often do we hear of those who stuggle week after week,, of up and down,, down and up,, etc. ,,

but, yet I realize, if,, I did not try I'd again be up to that 300 or more lbs. Instead,,,, i am hovering from 200 to 230. It does ago lower,,,and thankfully, so far not above,,,though it may this time.

U all said "patience, its not a real gain", bunt yet, guaranteed,,, it'll come off slowly.

better than as said,,, at that 300 or more. My bbf,,, well one of them,,, see I am sooo fortunet,, i have 4bbfs,, they all mean a lot to me,,,,, I am thankful for this. its Who I am ,,,not what the package is.

I am around those who tend t0 be critical of others,,, one of my BBFs,, is also around them,, though not "accepted" cos of weight,, 350 ish,, she also doesn't dress up,, wea make up,, jew erly,, as the rest of us,, lol she doesn't care, what others think,,,, it irrates them to evry end. she also doesn't shave (nasty),,,,, or wear her teeth !

shes fine though with this. i am fine with all but the shaving. Its who she is,, has always been,, will always be. She figures "dont like it, don't look at me". Hmmm to be that secure !
