Hey Sherry! I saw ur huddle on FFC and I just wanted to send some encouragement your way! We are all in this together and Im happy you reached out! We all have our days but the important thing is not to allow yourself to fall off because of situation and circumstances. If you stumble and fall get back up and start over no matter how long it takes some progress is better than none and some changes are better than making excuses to stay down!

Look up sista and get that body tight for the summer! Aim for something small like drinking all your water today or dancing for 10 mins to get your heartrate up...anything to get moving and burn calories! You can do it!
