Life

Life can certainly throw some curve balls that one would "Never" anticipate!!! I had the choice to become angry, bitter, depressed, or happy. I choose happiness. Life has taught me the only person I have control over is myself. I choose to be happy, satisfied, and thankful for the journey!!!

My recipe for success is to get in my workout 6 out of 7 days of the week and to stop buying fatty processed snacks with no nutritional value! If I don't have them, I can't eat them! emoticon

For the challenge I wrote myself a note to remind me to do the 11 min cardio video today.
