Hello and welcome to my page............
HI SPARK FRIENDS....... MY NAME IS SHERRE..
.. WELCOME TO 2013........ I STARTED SPARKS IN 2008....... I DIDN'T GET SERIOUS UNTIL THIS LAST YEAR.......... AND I HAVE LOST OVER 70 POUNDS...... I STARTED A EXERCISE PROGRAM..... I'M REALLY ENJOYING IT......... TO THINK I USE TO HATE EXERCISE........ SO A LOT OF THINGS HAVE CHANGED FOR ME....... I LIKE THE NEW SHERRE.... I THINK I WILL KEEP HER AROUND..... AND NEVER GET BACK TO THE WEIGHT I WAS IN 08.

My Goals:
I would like to lose weight and keep it off, I can't fit into my clothes, and I refuse to buy new ones. So its I lose weight or I walk around in my P.J.'s all day.
I need to lose lbs for my health also.
My Program:
I will drink 8 glasses of water daily, 3 fruits and veggies a day. I am not dieting, I am changing my life style to a better way of eating, and not getting bored with that.
Personal Information:
I am a 58 year old widow, I live in a small town, in Alberta Canada.
I stay to myself alot. I'm on my computer all day, if I'm not on the net, I'm in the kitchen, I love to cook. I live with my 37 year old son, who is on his own, and never home. I spend most of my time alone.
Other Information:
I like to cook, I love baking , it is my favorite passtime, i'm into plants inside and out. I worked at my family's greenhouse for 7 years, in Saskachewan, so gardens, flower beds,etc, are my passion.
