One day at a time!

I have been using Sparkpeople for a little over three years off and on. I love the website, meeting new friends and getting new ideas from blogs, sparkgroups, etc. I tried running for about two years. I ran a few 5K's and lost a little weight but was having problems with tendonitis so I wanted to try something different. I started a boot camp class last summer in July, 2012. This is the first time I've seen my body change by becoming more defined and losing some weight at the same time. ...

I am determined to lose another 10 - 15 pounds but also reduce my body fat percentage. Looking for new friends and inspiration to continue my journey in exercising and eating healthy.

Thanks for the kind words, Sherry! I have to tell you due to the fact I'm a bit under the weather, my appetite is slightly off. The good news is that I'm going to embrace energy foods to get better. Gotta do a Half Marathon next Sunday!
