I will not stop on this journey!

During 2009-2010 I had lost over 35lbs while deployed to Kuwait, I thought oh this should be easy when I get home. However I have been home just over a year and have gained back 15 of the 35lbs that I lost. I have realized that 1. I'm older and it's easier to gain weight, than to lose it. 2. That I have to find a balance between excercising and taking care of my family. 3. That I have an obsession with food that is unhealthy. So I have a plan, a program and a determination to get to where I ...

So I have a plan, a program and a determination to get to where I want to be. Although ultimately I would love to be 130-135lbs, if I just get down to a size 8 I think that would be good enough. Here I go with my weight loss journey.
