My goals include:
1) raise a righteous family
2) create more good memories with family and friends
3) get to goal weight of 150
4) use my stampin up business to help provide income for my family
5) Continue to work at the Boulder City Community Gym
6) do my best to eliminate refined sugar from my diet...I am so addicted!
My Program:
Eat fruits veggies and lean meats. Stay under 1500 a day. walk 4 times a week. Limit sugar and fried foods
Find other rewards that are not food
