Trainer 2 days a week-circuit training.
Gym at least 2 days cardio 1 hour
Goal's 11/19/09 this bouncing ball has decided she wants to start distance running and biking-did this in the past-can do it again-bouncing baby steps
Add a 3rd day strength training.
Start cooking for fun-eeeeeek!
No trainer...just a coach to motivate-got moves, need the groove!
2 days-45 crank'n minutes sprint speed eliptical
eat the veggies even if you have to make a smoothie to down it.
Pedicure once a month.
I'm a Florida native-married to a wonderful (eat anything and never gain weight) man. Raised with 3 brothers and always stayed extremly physical. I moved in to the field of social service work 20 years ago----tough on the emotions and long hours tends to allow me to not deny myself when I want to eat or rest verses eat well and exercise. I'm paying for this. I've taken some time for myself and plan to get myself in shape. Slow but sure--I owe it to myself.
Serve "self" so self can serve others...
Love the Keys, fishing saltwater, gardening. My community is important to me and I enjoy being involved. My beliefs and values are centered around my relationship with God. He amazes me-I need to grasp even a small bit of how I amaze him. This would be life changing!!!
