Doin it again--and again!!! I have got to get a handle on this fat!!! I use to be able to get around real good when I was on the high side. Now it slows me down at 47!! Feet hurt, legs-can't climb in the boat on shore because my upper body is weak!!!! No good!! I have made progress and will eventually get this fat off---need to keep plugging along. I hope to meet some more warriors in this battle--this will make it much more fun! When 50 hits--I want to be in good shape. 40 was ...

2010--big improvement in strength. I surprise myself how I "hop" around!!! Something has changed--I don't have that feeling that I need to drown myself in cheese dip--my inner "wore out" self isn't struggling anymore. It makes eating right easier--I don't even have much of an appetite. And yes--peeps....I have hypothyroid...seeeeee we are not hopeless when it comes to loosing! True evidence that what's eating us, eats us!!! I bet this thyroid will be changing.....

Current:
Trainer 2 days a week-circuit training.

Gym at least 2 days cardio 1 hour

Goal's 11/19/09 this bouncing ball has decided she wants to start distance running and biking-did this in the past-can do it again-bouncing baby steps

Add a 3rd day strength training.

Start cooking for fun-eeeeeek!

2010
No trainer...just a coach to motivate-got moves, need the groove!

GYM
2 days-45 crank'n minutes sprint speed eliptical
3 days-strength

eat the veggies even if you have to make a smoothie to down it.

Pedicure once a month.


Personal Information:
I'm a Florida native-married to a wonderful (eat anything and never gain weight) man. Raised with 3 brothers and always stayed extremly physical. I moved in to the field of social service work 20 years ago----tough on the emotions and long hours tends to allow me to not deny myself when I want to eat or rest verses eat well and exercise. I'm paying for this. I've taken some time for myself and plan to get myself in shape. Slow but sure--I owe it to myself.
2010 goal--
Serve "self" so self can serve others...

Other Information:
Love the Keys, fishing saltwater, gardening. My community is important to me and I enjoy being involved. My beliefs and values are centered around my relationship with God. He amazes me-I need to grasp even a small bit of how I amaze him. This would be life changing!!!

Love your puppy! Glad you found your way back to SP! It really is the healthiest way to go! Consistency! Don't have to be perfect but of your consistent the weight will come off!

Hey hun, I'm back.

We had a fire that destroyed everything so moved to Corpus and have been here for almost 6 months. We are rebuilding slowly.

I am getting back into exercising and umm eating lol well we don't exactly eat right but I'm staying within my ranges.

How are you doing?

Welcome back girlfriend!

I was in Okeechobee over the weekend with my hubby at a Sporting Clays Competition.

Let me know when you are back in Ocala, maybe we can do a healthy lunch or grab a sugar free drink! lol

It's going slow for me, but I will get there because I am one determined lady! I beat it before and can do it again even though I have more to lose. Can't even fit into my big shorts yet! emoticon

No more Ocala Sparklers. I did a survey to see who was interested in continuing it and got no replies. emoticon

So where's another planet?
