Spark people has taught me that MY THINKING has been my road block... not what diet I was on- or what gym I belonged to or what exercise dvd set I did or what equipment I thought would do the trick, or if I had a committed weight loss or diet buddy or not. The Secret is ME. This is totally easy. I am now living a POSITIVE healthy life style, and there is no limit to what I can do. If you want this you have to set your goal, BELIEVE that you can do it, and then go for it!

I was good at setting goals- Then I started to work on the believe part- I think once I believed I could go for it I hung myself up on the right diet and exercise plan and really had an all or nothing mind set- If I was going to go for it- That meant 100 percent PERFECTION must occur? Right? How else was I to make progress quickly? Right? Nope- Totally wrong!! I found the secret recipe, and I'm going to share it with you. Its SOOOO EASY!!!!!

The Secret Recipe for reaching your Goals:
1 gallon of positive attitude-
1 dash of calorie counting (healthy foods encouraged)
1 pinch of exercise (only one pinch required- but over indulge here as desired)
8 glasses of water

Each day Combine your gallon of positive attitude and dash of calorie counting in a pot. Add your pinch of exercise and bring to a boil (accelerated heart rate) for 30 minutes. Throughout the day, add a glass of water as needed. Make sure you add all 8 glasses. Caution- This recipe is extremely tricky. Its important to keep stirring so the positive attitude remains consistent throughout. If any negative is added it can wipe out your entire gallon in seconds. So, turn any negative situation into a positive one. Be sure to chill. (take time for you) Share with everyone! (Spread The Spark!!)

Fitness Minutes: 30

My Goals:
1.) Nutrition- Track my calories and water 12 out of the next 15 days.

2.) Fitness- To do Tracy Anderson 90 day program 12 out of the next 15 days.

3.) Motivation- Encourage myself and others. Think, Talk, and Be Positive and Energetic. :)

4.) Juggle the above and make my family, friends, and horses my next 3 priorities.


My Program:
1.) Nutrition- Track Calories 1200-1550 Cal Target and 8 glasses of H20

2.) Fitness- Its ok to do something besides the 90day program- Example-take a walk- this will count as a workout day but not a "90day Program" day.

3.) Blog Daily, Read books, redefine goals.

4.) Make a daily plan and to do list. :)
