Though time consuming, try to get on the SP site on a daily basis, picking up daily Spark Points and posting to the nutrition and exercise trackers. If time allows, visit your friends. I've started using the Friend Feed as a method of keeping up with my friends; though I might not have time to visit their pages, I can still keep in touch with how they're doing.
I've found that keeping track of my food intake, exercising, drinking water (8-10 cups daily), and getting eight hours of sleep are all key in this journey to a healthier lifestyle. Though you might concentrate more on one of these, it is important to work on all of them at the same time.
