Blogging helps clear your mind and get things out in the open and better to deal with when you see it in black and white. WE can see where we need to make changes.
Try blogging either every day or maybe a once a week update. It's easy and can be about anything.
Blogging is a great way to get your feelings down on paper. Others like to read them and offer insight along the way. ? It can be fun and makes you more accountable. At least it does me. I just posted over 300 blogs last year. Only missed a few days. It can be funny, tell us about your day, good or bad, about how your food choices went, what you did for exercise, stuff like that. Does not have to be weight related all the time. Just things you are thinking about, questions you might have.
Give it a try, you just might enjoy it. Look forward to seeing one from you.
