smaller portions
5-6 small meals a day
no fast food
cook at home
lower carb, lower fat, more protein
oraganic-not processed food

Walk 20 minutes at least 5 days a week

I am married to a wonderful man. We have 2 kids and 3 grand children,

emoticon Ok, so, We had a meeting in another country....it rained the entire week and there was little chance for any exercise...too much carbohydrate laden food and no way to get any other foods...so...4 pounds in one week....plus nt convenient to drink lots of water and salt laden food have driven my BP up as well....What can I do to quickly get back on check.
We will be in USA for the next 3 weeks and it doesnt look very promising either regarding staying on track....any ideas will be appreciated...

So, ok, Today is November 1, 2013. I did a 10 minute cardio video workout this morning. I am going to do 10 minutes a day everyday this month. I will walk, or do exercise videos.
today my weight was 172.2 my ultimate goal is 120. Hmmm, that's 52 pounds. We can do this!
