For Me, For God, For Life

I am Sheri, and have been part of SparkPeople for a number of years on and off. The only reason for being on and off are my 38 medical health reasons.
Exercising while disabled is difficult and I manage to do the best I can considering my limitations.
I have a positive attitude and face each day with gratitude for all I have been blessed with. God is good and He sees me through when others believe I am through.

My Goals:
My goals are simple: to be as active as I can be each day with the limited mobility I do have. I eat healthy and treat myself from time to time.
My attitude is positive and grateful. I attempt to keep it that awy.

My Program:
I do not have a set program. I do seated workouts and walk when I am able.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Ontario in Canada. Oshawa, Ontario is my hometown though I currently live in Ontario. I am a crafter and artist; believe in Jesus as my Lord and Savior; love my parents and my brother and his family dearly. I'm happily divorced and do not have children, again for medical reasons. I adore black cats and have had them for 24 years now - am on my 4th one. I play piano, craft, do art, and enjoy my life.

Happy Monday!

I'm out of work today. No exercising for me until Wednesday—having a little procedure done on Tuesday and I am off my blood thinner. Planning to rest and relax. I enjoyed my mother/daughter day. I rocked it Friday and Saturday...Sunday not so much. But today is a new day...fresh start.
