My Goals:
My first goal is to become more fit. I hope by becoming more fit I will then in turn lose the extra weight I have gained.

My Program:
I try to do Wii Yoga and strength training every other day. I try to do strength (weights) training every other day. Once the weather warms up, my husband and I will walk for about 30 minutes each night!

Personal Information:
I live in Portage, Indiana. I am a wife, mother of 4 teenage boys, which includes a set of twins. I love to read and watch romantic movies. I am involved in my church.
