The magick is working!!!! I just need to keep believing, keep on working!!!

I'd gained some unwanted pounds with the onset of some health issues but once I took control of the wheel and began taking taking charge of my life the magick began to happen!! So forward each day, one day at a time, one step at a time, I'm going to change my life.... for the better! Some steps maybe almost invisible, some days they may even take me backwards, but I WILL, slowly make progress and continue moving forward. I have fibromyalgia - it does not and WILL not have me!

Goal 3 - Spend at least one hour a day working on spiritual. Hobby or some other activity.

Goal 4 - Get cleaned up every day no matter how much pain I'm in.

My Program:
I'm using a combination of GL diet (my family has a tendency towards diabetes although I am not diabetic at this point) exercise, hypnosis and acupuncture.

Personal Information:
Sheri from Denver.

48 - Married with 2 kids, 2 dogs, 3 cats and 1 granddog, 2 grandcats.

Other Information:
Now that I'm unable to work I want to make my life one of service to others but with my health issues can't count on feeling well enough to volunteer regularly. But I can knit baby blankets for The Linus Foundation and take my dog, Angel to the nursing home down the street to visit. And I bought a harp to learn to play for music therapy. Once I'm good enough I can take it to the local nursing homes and assisted living centers and play for folks.

I love your plans to learn harp, & how you plan to use it. I do hope you succeed! I used to play the recorder, and loved it, simple little instrument tho it is. I used it at rest home, church & other venues until my hands got too deformed to play. I'm still looking for an alternate. It is good to share what gifts we have. God Bless!
