This page looks exactly the same. It's really important to log everything if you want to be successful in this program. If you don't have 10 minutes for yourself, then your life might need a little more balance. Sure you can still lose weight in the short term, but it will be much more difficult to make a permanent lifestyle change. I'm worried about you...
