My Goals:
I want to weigh 180 by my birthday. Then, I want to go out and buy a pair of ripped up, tight blue jeans at the Goodwill store. ( I will get new ones when I reach 150). I want to dress like a teenager.

My Program:
Eat smart and do at least one hour of activity per day. (Mainly bike or hike). Work out with weights three times per week.

I am on track Sheryl!!! I joined the 10 minute challenge team. My goal for myself for the next two weeks is at least 10 minutes per day EVERY DAY. If I allow myself to take a day off, it turns into 2 then three then........

I'm surprised how many tours are available out there. I know that they just did the biking across kansas one. But I've already seen most of the state of Kansas and would love to see different parts of the country and I've never been to Ohio. The pics looked really great! I think I'll still wait 'til next summer so I can condition a little bit. I would like to enjoy it instead of being miserable. And it gives me a goal to work towards. I love goals like that!! I can't wait to hear about your experience with GOBA.

My pounds will be in the peanut butter jar, the cookie boxes, and a lot of streets and sidewalks. Who knows, maybe I'll even start strength training exercise and leave some on my own floor! :D
