2013 - Quest for change Each new year brings a new quest or goal for the year. It usually is a certain goal weight. It is time for a change up, not only in the way I look at things, but my life in general. There are alot of things I would like to change for this year - weight, job, attitude, mentality. So this year is about making changes or taking actions to live the life I want.
