My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share. My goal is to lose 50 pounds to eat more fruits and vegetables limit sweets walk at least 3 miles 5 days a week drink 8 glasses of water a day.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. I'm doing my walk drinking my water eating more fruit need to work on veggies trying to stay away from sweets.
