I wish I knew how to play piano

Hi! Just joined up recently and I love the meal planner section! I think getting healthier is a better goal than just losing pounds! And I think strong self-esteem is a good start to everyday!

I took the diet personality quiz and I am a fast fueler.. so here's what I need to keep in mind:
* Pack your lunch or have someone pack for you so it's there when you need it.
* Have and use plenty of disposable resealable containers of different sizes.

* Pack your lunch or have someone pack for you so it's there when you need it.

* Batch-cook food on Sunday for the rest of the week
* Make a point to have more fresh fruit and vegetables within arm's reach.
* Try cutting the intake of coffee and soda in half or substituting with green tea.

Oh dear, cut the coffee? This is gonna be a toughie...

My Goals:
I've been meaning to try and track my meals (not to get obsessive but just to get an idea of what I'm putting into my body). I'd like to eat healthier and get some more exercise in.

My Program:
Well I'm tracking my food meals etc through the nutrition menus (and I love that you can plan out menus and then print the grocery list). Trying to drink a few more glasses of water everyday.

Other Information:
I love listening to music! Constantly tuned into last.fm or a cd or whatever. It gets me through everything. And love visiting new places, whether it's the little store around that corner that I never knew was there or halfway across the world eating strange foods!

Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this step to getting healthy. You will find a lot of info here and there are many waiting to encourage you. Find teams that meet your needs then post every day. That will help you stay accountable. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed here. It will take a couple of weeks before you really feel like you know what your doing. If you have questions please ask. All of us were new once and had to ask ourselves. And do not ever give up.
