Lots of time "off" in the 3 years, but Spark was something worth coming back to!

Thanks for your support and your helpful explanation on how the A1c works. Normally I would not even have tested after 4 weeks, but I really wanted to know if I'm on the right track or if I need to go to Atkins induction. Thank God I get to keep my berries for now. emoticon emoticon

Thanks for your support on my blog. I have been busy in the AM and too tired by the end of the day to work out. Tomorrow I have an appt. but I will try to get a short walk in. If not tomorrow, Friday. Thanks for the tip I will certainly try!

I don't know how I missed that comment on your page, to "maintain with reasonable effort" --- you need to blog that one, it is so much more profound than it appears at first glance!

Thanks so much for the comment on the blog - I was really hoping for your input. It's tough to figure out when I'm looking at sizes that I haven't been since I was a kid.

The Man and I were chatting about it, and I'm considering setting myself in the "maintenance range" for 150 lbs after the surgery, and then just seeing what my body decides to do with it. I won't have a time line after that, so I figure I can take a few months there and tweak if I need to.

Hope you had a great time at the 5k's last weekend, and are enjoying a more relaxing time this weekend!

    Thanks for the tip!
I tried nuts and cheese squares last night and that did the trick! Sugar craving gone. :)

Haha! You're right! I didn't even think about it until she questioned me! In my mind, I'm still the obese girl I always was! I've gotta work on embracing the new me!
