My Goals:
Goals for August 2011:
Eat less sodium and sugar.
Drink less soda, even the diet kind.
Get back into walking and exercising.

I have met the goals of being more active so that I am in less pain and I can sit in an airplane seat without the extension.

My next goal is to enjoy the new life and body and energy that I have and keep up the exercising so that I become even healthier.

My Program:
I will start logging in again on SP. I will become more active again. I will look on the bright side. I will clean out the kitchen again!

Personal Information:
I'm from Missouri. I have been married for 31 years and we have 4 children and 2 grandchildren.

Other Information:
I love to cook and bake. Homemade dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls are a couple of my specialties.
I am loving cooking the new recipes on the sparkpages.

Thank you for the welcome! We went to VA Beach for a day and a half and walked a lot. Short trip but we all had a good time. Now to stay within calorie limit and walk tomorrow!

i have came a long way and had lost my motivation for a while but still happen to lose weight thankfully no gain. but im just now getting refocused and trying to go for... no.... GOING FOR ANOTHER 50LBS.... IVE LOST 79 ALREADY SO NO REASON TO LET ALLL MY HARD WORK GO FOR LAZINESS....

so i'l try to keep u motivated if you do the same emoticon emoticon on ur lost so far... lets keep going!! to goal we go
