Ok the best discription I can give is that if you took your breast and pulled it out as far as you can get it to stretch and put it on a cold table of shelf and layed (gently) a 5lb book on it for 30 seconds. That would be it. No real pain.

I hope you enjoyed your day off today - the house to yourself, a book, a snooze...what a treat! The 'me' time can be so important to reward ourselves with - instead of food emoticon

I noticed on our 40 Somethings msg board you posted you are in Canada. Whereabouts if you don't mind my asking?

I am in Newmarket, Ontario - about an hr north of Toronto...it has been a beautiful Fall, until last week when it got cold and wet...I'm hoping that that weather clears and we get just a little more Indian summer..
