Thank you for taking time out of your day to read about my journey..I started out eating from a box ie..Lean cuisine, weight watchers, healthy choice for lunch and dinner just so I could learn color and what a portion is suppose to look like I have done that for the past 3 months..and I 'm just now eat food I prepare..thanks again for adding me in your journey too..
Thank you for cheering me on as I did my first full marathon...
The day of the race I made the comment that I would never do one again... and my husband says it will be like childbirth...after a few days you will forget the pain LOL..... and I am already looking for my next full... but this time I will pick a FLAT and easy course LOL :)
Thanks for commenting on my blog...I know others go through this too... but it's always good to KNOW there is someone else out there who has felt or is feeling the same way. Funny how many people in my life ask me if I am STILL on a diet... I know I am on the right track though, because before this all these little comments would have made me give up right then and there. Anyway ... thanks again Have a great week Terri
Just checking in! I read your post on 40 something's, and I just wanted to say, try not to sweat the gain too much. We all falter, this is a journey not a race. At least you are still here, sparking. Zombie Lover was right about leaning on each other, I always say : keep your support close when you need it most!
Struggling this month seems to be occurring with alot of people. Keep on keeping on, and remember that it is so true that small steps add up to something big! I have had a tough spell, and I just blogged about "Walking the Walk". Seems I can talk the talk, encourage others, but have trouble supporting myself and actually getting the exercise. The out pouring of support and comments from my spark friends was humbling! paula
