Just wanted to pop by and see how you were feeling. Did everything go ok. I set up a challenge for May for everyone to have something to do for it. I hope you don't mind. I also saw you on the Fans of GWTW. I thought that was cool. However, it looks like your no longer a part of that group. I had been looking for a GWTW group for a while now. Just didn't really want to start another one of my own groups. If you know what I mean. I do not mind co-leading. That's not a problem. I just didn't want to do any more by myself.

I was reading a thread on hypothyroidism and came across you asking for advice. I have had hypothyroidism for 11 years now. First step, making sure your synthroid (or whatever your doc uses) is at the correct level. Journal all of your eating here. My doctor told me to keep my sodium under 3000 mg. per day. I exercise every day for 30-60 minutes and I have dropped 30 lbs. in 2 months. It can be you have someone there where you live that you can exercise with? My husband is on this weight loss journey with me and he's hypothyroid, too. I wish you luck...and you can do this! emoticon

Hi was reading thru spark teams came across you on thr P&P saw your comment on the LInda B. books. I loved her books! The first Mr Darcy takes a wife...was better I think than the next which although good was a bit of a crazy stretch of events I just could't see Elizabeth going to battle with Wickam at the Inn..But I did like the first one even tho many Austinites feel that both of these were too graphic for comfort...I thought hat the love Darcy had for Elizabeth was clear and I enjoyed them. Maybe a question on your site could be what continuations of P&P do people like?
