I have recently re-joined Life Time Fitness after a hiatus that I took to focus on finishing college. During that time I worked out here and there, but never enough to stay in the kind of shape I wanted to be in. I recently graduated from school and am ready to once again commit myself to my fitness life. It feels good to be back!

My Goals:
I am striving to regain the feeling I once had of being fit and strong! I want to re-build muscle strength and cardio endurance, along with develop a healthier style of eating. Overall I want to be a vision of health and an inspiration to others!

My Program:
Three to five days a week I will do a variety of group fitness classes at Life Time Fitness. These classes consist of Kickbox Jam, STRIKE (kickboxing inspired workout using body bar and weighted gloves), Barbell Strength, Total Conditioning (Cardio + Strength), Core, Yoga, Pilates, and Performance Cycle.

Since doing this plan I have never felt better (2 years) and I never get sick anymore.

One of the things that happens to most of us is that we start eating a healthier menu.
Alternative cancer care cures people by changing what they eat, they know it builds your immune system up by eating certain foods. My friend has had 3 types of cancer since 2006 and she is winning the battle by eating what they tell her to eat. What you eat and how much can affect your quality of life and your resistance to disease.
