"A Year from now you will wish you had started today." My name is Michelle, I am 29 years old. I am a new mommy to a wonderful 19 month old baby boy who is my world. I will be married 6 years June 2012 to my amazing best friend and husband. I have always struggled with my weight. When I was in college, I was at a fit 158 lbs. By the time I was married in 2006, I weighed 175 lbs. In 2008 I was diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, which is a hormonal/ metabolic disorder and also means having a child could have been difficult, and weight is EASY to gain. When I got pregnant with my son in 2010, I was ecstatic, but I weighed in at 190 lbs. After I had my son, I lost most of the baby weight but only got down to 199, eventually I gained it back and than some. I started Spark at my almost highest, 210 lbs (at one point I tipped the scale at 215) and am motivated to get the weight off and live life again! I have already lost 3 lbs in one week, cutting out soda, eating healthier food, and drinking my 8 glasses of water a day! :) I CAN do this and I WILL do this!!
