My name is Michelle, I am 29 years old. I am a new mommy to a wonderful 19 month old baby boy who is my world. I will be married 6 years June 2012 to my amazing best friend and husband. I have always struggled with my weight. When I was in college, I was at a fit 158 lbs. By the time I was married in 2006, I weighed 175 lbs. My name is Michelle, I am 29 years old. I am a new mommy to a wonderful 19 month old baby boy who is my world. I will be married 6 years June 2012 to my amazing best friend and husband. I have always struggled with my weight. When I was in college, I was at a fit 158 lbs. By the time I was married in 2006, I weighed 175 lbs. In 2008 I was diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, which is a hormonal/ metabolic disorder and also means having a child could have been difficult, and weight is EASY to gain. When I got pregnant with my son in 2010, I was ecstatic, but I weighed in at 190 lbs. After I had my son, I lost most of the baby weight but only got down to 199, eventually I gained it back and than some. I started Spark at my almost highest, 210 lbs (at one point I tipped the scale at 215) and am motivated to get the weight off and live life again! I have already lost 3 lbs in one week, cutting out soda, eating healthier food, and drinking my 8 glasses of water a day! :)

I CAN do this and I WILL do this!!

Doing great, thanks! Steaming some veggies at the moment and then will be making a few recipes tonight to put in the freezer. The old version of me would have spent my free time on my butt watching TV. How are you? Looks like you're doing fantastic!!
