Latest info as of January 22, 2014.
After being in excellent shape over the summer, I gained 10 lbs from the time of Halloween until Christmas. :( So, now I'm going to work on shedding the weight. I have an elliptical at home now. Weights, and I belong to 2 gyms, one which is Crossfit and the other is a normal gym for cardio and anything that I do when I'm not CFing. I am a very easy person to talk to so if you have any questions, feel free to ask. I am one that speaks her mind so read my blogs too!
I reached my first goal! I have made a new one now of 120, the first was 125. I have introduced heavy strength training so my body will burn more calories repairing my muscles. I also do 35 minutes or more on the Elliptical. All these workouts are done Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday.

April 30, 2009-
I just had my third child (first son) and I'm having to start over again at 154.6 pounds. Today is the first day of my new journey to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 120. Hopefully I can achieve it by June 21st! It's going to be hard though, seeing as I have a newborn and a 3 year old. I also have an 8 yr old but she goes to school during the week. Wish me LUCK!!!
My "new" child is now 3 years old. I've been maintaining a healthy weight ranging from 122-130 and right now I'm at 127. It's time to shed the hibernation weight from the winter so I've started going to the gym regularly now and I've even bought an elliptical for those days when I don't feel like getting out. I work from home so I'm here anyways, right? My goal this year is get in shape for an out of the country vacation. Can you believe I've never flown?
Goal for March 2015. Compete in the NPC show. Even if I don't win, I just want to see what I can do..
Goal for January 2014: Lift significant weight. Do a Strict pull up at Crossfit and just be extremely fit and tone. Healthy eating habits.

New Goal 01/13:
Reach 120 lbs by April. 3 months and 7 lbs is doable! I not only want to be thinner, but very tone! I'm 31, I can't be saggy!
My goal is to reach 125 lbs. by May 1st. That sounds reasonable, 10 lbs? Yeah.
BMR of 1413.2 .. try to keep it at a deficit.
3500 cals =1 lb.
First Goal successfully reached!!! On to the next..
120 by April 10th!!!

UPDATE: January 2014. I am 135 lbs. I'm 32, and just want to whoop some ass with my awesomeness. I don't care what the scale says really, I just want to have a low body fat percentage.
As of now, I have 3 children. 2 daughters, one who will be 13 in a few days, an 8 year old and a 4 year old son. I'm 32. I am in college and I work full time. I am Crossfit.

I love weather, anything related to atmospheric study is what I like. I also like the beach, but who doesn't. I'm a Pisces, so anything to do with water, I am totally there.

Thank you for the comment on my post/question on Crossfit group! I don't know why I didn't think of that. Do you find SP calorie burn is accurate? it's kind of hard to find xfit workouts/movements on here. LOL oh well time to personalize!

I'm 5' 9" tall. Well, 5' 8.5" actually, according to my last doctor's appointment. I'm shrinking in my old age. ;) This is as thin as I've ever been. And since I've been slacking off totally all month long, I can't even say it's because I'm exercising. Actually, I look terrible right now as far as muscle tone. It's all been through dieting for the last five or so pounds, so my muscle definition is left wanting. I'm working on THAT through this summer, when I'm not tethered to my computer typing up essays and reports. I WAS doing 60 minutes of cardio (mainly jogging) per day during my weight loss phase; I'm in maintenance stage now, and so all I'm doing is keeping my calories low so that I don't put anything back on while I await some more free time for exercise. I was hitting the weight room two or three times per week to build some muscle, but that's been out, too. I have a bowflex and I intend to use it when the school's gym isn't open for me through the summer. It's all good that I'm thin, but I want to look GOOD in my bikini.
