Weights to watch for: 230- I've lost 10 pounds! = 8/3/15 220- I've lost 20 pounds! 216- 10% loss 210- I've lost 30 pounds! 200- I've lost 40 pounds! 199- means I'm not 200+ 192- 20% weight loss 185- means I'm not "obese" 168-30% loss 154- I'm not overweight 150- goal weight. for now
My friend and I just went for a 10-minute walk in the snow. I was complaining about the gym the entire time. haha. I told her maybe I would just dance in my living room and then I got your comment. It's a sign!
Hi thanks for checking when I was gone! I was/ am having a hard time getting into a routine after my move....just focusing on trying to get a job right now. Hope to be back at it in a month or so, im just not ready right now. Hope you are doing well!
