Good morning! Thanks for the love on my blog. I must say I think I'm way too hard on myself. I try to set simplier goals but I feel like if I'm not balls to the wall then I aint doing things right, maybe that's why I stress and get discouraged! This week i haven't worked out but I have done stuff around the house, ironing, putting up new curtains, cleaning the furniture, cooking, taking my son a bath, all this stuff is exercise! lol I'm going to do what I can these next two months and really try to improve things come Jan. With the holidays approaching all I really can do is clean and prepare for the get togethers. Church also keeps me busy! My son well I clean and then in 5 minutes he's made a mess.
