Time to get healthy once and for all!

I just turned 50 (YIKES!!) and still working on the healthy lifestyle. It has gotten better since I got back to Weight Watchers but not as good as it can be. Just need to stay focused on what I need to do. Winters are tough for me since I don't like being out in the cold. so I'm less active during that time. Need to find the motivation to find something to "spark" my interest in getting active during the cold weather. My blood pressure has gotten better but still have a ways to go to get it ...

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 35 - 40 lbs and keep my blood pressure down so I don't have to take medication for it.

My Program:
Weight Watchers is my program of choice along with daily exercise, like walking and going to the gym 3 times a week.

Personal Information:
From Southern Maryland, married to a wonderful man and have 2 grown children. My son is in the Army, stationed in Hawaii (I know... he sucks LOL) and my daughter lives in San Diego.

Shelly,
In early April you told me not to beat myself up and that changing up my exercise might make a difference. Well, I stepped up my walking and you were so right. I've dropped 9 pounds since then!!! My appetite has also greatly diminished and I am no longer hungry. I've been posting on the weekly weigh in thread every week where I can see my progress clearly.
Thanks for rooting for me. I hope you are doing well since I haven't seen you post there since (unless I just missed seeing a later post from you.)
