I'm working on my "health" attitude!
I have a variety of short and long term goals that I am working toward! My history working toward "health" goals has not been good! So, just staying focused on the goals will be a goal :) !!
Here they are ~
* Exercise, gym, home or outside, 5 days a week.
* Eat well, consciously, whole foods and variety.
* Get on the scale at least once a week and document weight.
* Maintain blog and journal food.
* Lose 25 pounds by February 4, 2012
#1 Stay Active, burn baby burn those calories!!! MOVE IT, MOVE IT, MOVE IT!!!
#2 Eat healthy whole foods 95% of the time!
#3 Take care of myself emotionally!!
I'm following the my own eating plan...majority of whole foods, very limited processed items and no white stuff!
I'm sticking with my exercise plan (5 days a week: cardio & weights)!
Weekends will be active as well, and could include hiking, kayaking, biking, etc.
I live about about 50 miles south of Seattle...love the outdoor activities!

Love the photos you have! I used to live in Washington State and loved the easy access to getting out on the water and hiking a trail. It's beautiful there. Hope you are doing well with your health and hope to be Spark Friends!

Thank you for the blog love! I really am not a fan of golf, but who doesn't love the chance to start over again?
Isn't C25K a great program? Sadly, I've had a lot of experience with it. I do it, get to week 6, or 7 and then something happens to wreck it. This time around, I got to week 4 before being hit with the flu. So, I'm starting it over again. We'll be running 5K's together (virtually) in no time!
